Billy Napier to Florida makes for another wild former Saban assistant fact
Nick Saban is known for uplifting and helping his assistant coaches, which aids them in getting newer jobs, often promotions. Well, the 2015 Alabama team had a coaching staff that continues to impress and seek bigger and better opportunities.
The 2015 Crimson Tide coaching staff was recently brought into the spotlight because of the success at Oregon and Michigan State, where Mario Cristobal and Mel Tucker are the respective head coaches, both were on the 2015 staff.
Now, with Napier to Florida, another member of that staff has been hired as a Power Five head coach.
Georgia has Kirby Smart, Ole Miss has Lane Kiffin, Michigan State has Mel Tucker and has Oregon Mario Cristobal.
With Billy Napier going to Florida, it means that the 2015 Alabama staff had guys that are current head coaches at:
