NEW YORK — Billy Joel has added another show to his record-setting Madison Square Garden residency.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer behind timeless hits such as “Uptown Girl” and “New York State of Mind,” announced April 26 as his latest date at the world-famous arena — the first of his final four shows before movin’ out for good.

General public tickets for will go on sale Friday on Ticketmaster, and at the MSG box office the following day.

After 10 years, the Piano Man’s monthly residency is scheduled to conclude in July, though a specific date is yet to be confirmed.

“I’m kind of flabbergasted that it lasted as long as it did,” he said in a statement in June when announcing the end of the run. “My team tells me that we could continue to sell tickets, but ten years, 150 shows — all right already!”

Joel, 74, previously confirmed MSG performances for Oct. 20, Nov. 22, Dec. 19, Jan. 11, Feb. 9 and March 28.

In between and around those solo concert dates, he’ll continue to co-headline concerts with Stevie Nicks on Nov. 10, Dec. 8 and March 9.

The Bronx-born, Long Island-raised singer-songwriter released his latest music project in April, a live recording of his historic 1975 concert at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall.

“Live at Yankee Stadium” — culled from his June 1990 concerts at the Bronx stadium — was released last year. Visual footage was produced into a concert film that aired on PBS stations earlier this year.
