Billy Joel had a rare family night out at Sunday's 2024 Grammys!

The singer-songwriter, 74, walked the red carpet at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles alongside his wife, Alexis Roderick, and their two daughters: Della Rose, 8, and Remy Anne, 6.

Photographers snapped pictures of the foursome as they smiled widely for the cameras.

Joel — who is performing his new single at the 66th annual awards ceremony — kept it classic in an all-black suit and sunglasses, while Roderick wore a black gown with a bedazzled top that draped to the floor.

Their daughters twinned in matching black dresses with sparkling bodices. The sisters wore silver necklaces to accessorize their looks, and a bold red lip.

Joel's will sing “Turn the Lights Back On" at the Grammys, his first new single in 17 years. He previously said he retired from songwriting altogether, not long after the release of his 1993 album River of Dreams.

The five-time Grammy winner dropped the new song on Thursday, after teasing that the song was on the way days earlier. The tune is both a love ballad and a message to the hitmaker's loyal fans, who have long waited for another new tune in Joel's catalogue of hits.

“I’m late, but I’m here right now and I’m trying to find the magic that we lost somehow," Joel sings in the song's chorus. "Maybe I was blind, but I see you now as we’re laying here in the darkness. Did I wait too long to turn the lights back on?”

Joel wrote the song with Arthur Bacon, Wayne Hector and the song’s producer, Freddy Wexler, who has worked on songs for artists including Ariana GrandeSelena Gomez and Post Malone. Alongside a new lyric video, Joel also released the song on limited-edition 7-inch vinyl.

Joel married Roderick, 41, in 2015. In addition to their two girls, Roderick is also a stepmom to Joel's daughter, Alexa Ray, whom he shares with ex-wife Christie Brinkley.

Over the years, Alexa Ray, Della Rose and Remy Anne have all made appearances at Joel's history-making Madison Square Garden residency.

Last April, Joel scored some "very cool Dad points" with his two youngest daughters when he took them to see Taylor Swift during her Eras Tour stop in Tampa, Florida. "Rockin’ into our new ‘era’ Joel wrote on Instagram, captioning a carousel of photos and videos from their night out. "Thank you @Taylorswift. We loved the show!"

Of the experience, Joel had nothing but praise for Swift, 34, who will also appear at Sunday's Grammys. "Oh, she's great. She's really very good," he told PEOPLE in November 2023. "We're going to probably go see her again."
