Billy Eichner Sends Amy Sedaris Through an Obstacle-Filled Shondaland
Anyone hoping to create a real-life Shondaland theme park, please use Billy Eichner’s layout.
On this week’s episode of Billy On the Street, Eichner enlists Strangers With Candy’s Amy Sedaris to run through his version of Shondaland (“gays and blacks and everyone!” the welcome sign reads). In order to become its mayor, the always entertaining Sedaris must complete challenges inspired by Shonda Rhimes’s TV hits, including Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away With Murder.

Without spoiling too much, we’ll just say the obstacle course begins with Sedaris being asked to literally break a glass ceiling and ends with her (and Eichner) going down the “Kerry Washington slide of tears.”
