Billie Starkz Wants Permission From Blink 182 Song For Her Entrance Theme

One of the rising stars in the world of professional wrestling is Billie Starkz. She is currently signed with Tony Khan’s wrestling promotions AEW and Ring of Honor. The young up-and-coming star recently wanted Blink 182’s permission to use the band’s song.

The 19-year-old star took to Twitter requesting permission from Blink 182 to use the band’s hit song ‘Aliens Exist‘.

“Dear @blink182 Please give me permission to use Aliens Exist for my entrance music everywhere. Also, would be really cool if you could do it live some time for me ? Thanks,” Billie Starkz tweeted.

Billie Starkz was only in High School when she got offered her AEW contract

Billie Starkz was recently a guest on Alisha Atout’s podcast. During the episode, she revealed that she was only studying in High School when she was offered her AEW contract.

“It was definitely a very chaotic time because I was still in high school while doing the negotiations,” Billie Starkz said. “I had a lot on my mind of like, what do I want to after high school? So I really want to sign a contract now, or do I wait until I’m done with college? So it was definitely a very hard time for me, figuring out what I wanted to do.

“Luckily, I had very supportive parents, and they helped me through a lot of it and made sure that I had a lawyer to read over everything. But I’m very, very happy with the place I am at now. I’ve hinted for a while that I did sign the contract. There was a very long time that nobody had a clue, but I was definitely under contract for a minute,” Billie Starz said.

The young rising star also mentioned that she kept her signing a secret.

“I just felt like I wanted to stay where I was at in wrestling, even though I was progressing faster. I didn’t want anybody else to look at me differently,” Billie Starkz said. “Being contracted at 18, I get that a lot of people were happy and truly happy for my success. But there were parts of me that were just like, ‘I don’t know if I’m ready for that.’”

The newly signed AEW star also got tickets for one of her professors to an AEW show.
