Latin music was alive and well at the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards!

The annual star-studded award show aired live from the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida, on Thursday and was filled with electrifying performances. The biggest winners of the night included Peso Pluma, Bad Bunny, and Karol G.

Peso Pluma took home eight awards that included Artist of the Year, New, and Songwriter of the Year. Apart from taking the stage with Nicki Nicole to perform a remix of "Por las Noches," he also held the honor of being the most nominated artist of the night, with 21 nominations across 15 categories.

Just one day after being announced as a host and musical guest for Saturday Night Live's Oct. 21 broadcast, Bad Bunny attended the show to give a nearly eight-minute performance that included a medley of his biggest hits. He secured seven wins from his 15 nominations including artist of the year and tour of the year.

Karol G took home five awards, including the Billboard Spirit of Hope Award. The award was created in honor of the late Tejano superstar Selena Quintanilla-Pérez and was awarded to the "Bichota" singer for her work with the Con Cora Foundation.

Latin Grammy-winning Puerto Rican singer Ivy Queen was also a big winner of the night, being honored with the Icon Award.
