Bill Pullman is a father of three.

The While You Were Sleeping actor shares his daughter Maesa and sons Jack and Lewis with his wife of over three decades, Tamara Hurwitz.

Discussing his marriage with PEOPLE in 2020, Bill said, "It's been a good, long epic with three kids that are all doing well, and everybody's tight."

While Lewis has followed in his famous father’s acting footsteps, Maesa and Jack have pursued different careers. “All three have evolved into these people that are making their way in the world, doing what they love,” Bill told Fatherly in 2021. “How great is that, to feel like they’ve got a fire for something and are committed?”

Although his siblings aren’t actors, Lewis noted they are "all performers in some realm." He’s previously told PEOPLE, "We're a real creative family.”

Here’s everything to know about Bill Pullman’s three kids.

Maesa is Bill’s only daughter and was born in 1988. The Casper star has praised his daughter — who is musically talented — telling Fatherly that Masea is “amazing.”

“My oldest daughter is a singer, musician, songwriter,” Bill said in 2021. “She’s a teacher. She leads an alternative community choir kind of thing, and she’s amazing.”

When she was a Hampshire College student, Maesa admitted that she first realized she could sing when she was 12 years old. In a 2006 interview with Mass Live, she recalled, "I was 12 and in this hotel elevator singing Patsy Cline's 'Walking After Midnight' and it sounded really good. I was like ‘Damn, I sound really good.’ ”

Maesa credits her parents with “keeping the industry side of the environment” she grew up “in perspective and in moderation.” She told Mass Live, "I was able to not get sucked into it or overwhelmed by opportunities and flattery."

In 2017, she started a community choir called the Band of Singers, and three years later, she released her debut album, Death of the Machine. During a 2020 interview on Milling About, Maesa spoke about her family’s involvement with the album, saying, “My brother Lewis played drums on ... most of the tracks on the album and then my other brother Jack played sax.”

According to her artist page on the Electrosound Records website, Maesa’s songs can be heard on shows like The Sinner, which starred her father, Bill, as well as on Queen Sugar, Wentworth, Catfish, Burn Notice and Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce.

Maesa married her husband Jason Hiller on June 22, 2019. The couple have since welcomed one child named Rovan.

Bill's older son Jack was born in 1989. He is a puppet and mask designer. According to his father, Jack is “so creative.”

“The middle son makes puppets and masks, and even that ended up being something he can make his way with, and he’s so creative,” Bill shared in an interview with Fatherly.

The Spaceballs actor added, “He’s a little bit like Halston to me on the things he makes and his thinking processes. It’s been pretty impressive.”

Jack has posted videos and photos of his work on his personal Instagram. He is also a part of the Rogue Artists Ensemble, which, according to the charity’s website, “creates Hyper-theater: original, immersive, multi-dimensional experiences that celebrate the complexity and diversity of Los Angeles.”

And like his sister, Jack is also musically inclined. Aside from playing the saxophone on his sister’s debut album, he joined Maesa on stage in 2016. Maesa shared a photo of the two of them playing the guitar on Instagram, writing: “So good to sing a good bunch w my real time bro.”

The youngest of Bill’s children, Lewis, was born in 1993 — and he takes after him in more ways than one. Apart from being an actor, Lewis bares a striking resemblance to his dad.

During an appearance on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan in 2019, the dad of three recalled working on The Ballad of Lefty Brown with his son. “I’d look across the set and I see a pair of shoulders that I think, ‘Is that me? Is this weird science fiction, maybe?’ ” Bill said.

While his father is a Hollywood star, Lewis revealed to Entertainment Weekly in 2022 that “weirdly enough,” he was not allowed to watch TV growing up. “But we were allowed to watch two movies a week and we would go to Blockbuster,” he shared. “But also I spent a lot of time in Montana and we had a set of VHS [tapes], one of which was Legend, starring Tom Cruise. He's a young 'un in that and he is incredible. It's one of those movies that's so fantastical and mythological, and he had such conviction, I remember thinking that was pretty spectacular.”

Lewis had the chance to work with Cruise in 2022's Top Gun: Maverick, playing Bob in the box office hit. On PEOPLE Now in 2019, Bill admitted that he thinks his son is “a better actor” than him. Meanwhile, Lewis told PEOPLE that his father’s advice "is pretty invaluable because he knows me so well as a person."

"He knows what gets me excited, what makes me nervous, what scares me," Lewis said of his dad. "And then he also has so much experience in the business and with the craft. So all of his advice is catered towards me. I don't know where I'd be at without it."

In his personal life, Lewis began dating Andie MacDowell’s daughter Rainey Qualley in September 2020. The two made their red carpet debut at the San Diego premiere of Top Gun: Maverick in 2022, though they seemingly split in 2023.
