Bill Gates and Paula Hurd are stepping out overseas.

The couple, whose relationship went public in Feb. 2023, were among the many guests who attended the three-day pre-wedding celebration for billionaire heir Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar, India, over the weekend.

Photos published from the event showed the 68-year-old Microsoft co-founder and the philanthropist chatting with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and posing for a picture with Indian federal minister Smriti Irani.

At one event during the weekend-long festivities — which toasted the upcoming wedding of Ambani, the youngest child of Mukesh Ambani, and Merchant, the daughter of Encore Healthcare Private Limited CEO Viren Merchant — Hurd wore a black gown with silver print overlay while Gates sported a casual sports coat and a green shirt with khakis.

Another photo showed Hurd in a gold gown while Gates opted for a black and silver jacket.

According to the BBC, the 1,200 guests at the celebration were given access to hair and makeup artists and stylists in order to prepare for the themed gatherings, which were detailed in a nine-page itinerary.

Gates and Hurd, the widow of Oracle CEO Mark Hurd, were previously photographed together while attending another romantic event: the engagement of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Emmy-winning reporter and helicopter pilot Lauren Sánchez.

News of Gates' and Hurd’s romance came nearly two years he and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates, announced they were divorcing after 27 years of marriage. The pair share three children – daughters Jennifer, 27, and Phoebe, 21, and son Rory, 24.

Before news of their relationship broke, the couple was spotted out together on numerous sporting events, including the Laver Cup in September 2022 and the Australian Open in January 2023.

Hurd was previously married for nearly 30 years to Mark Hurd, the CEO of the software company Oracle and one-time boss of Hewlett-Packard, whom she shares two children with. The businessman died in October 2019 at the age of 62.
