With the holidays closing in, many concert venues and nightclubs are taking a breather from hosting live music music this week as people enjoy private events and time at home with family. However, there are a few shows to be seen — as well as tickets available for newly-announced events in the new year.

Promoters have now announced that it has sold out. The annual, semi-formal shindig will be held inside the Lighthouse Cove Event Center at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27. It will feature music from both the Blue Cat Blues Band (8 to 9:30 p.m.) and Royals (10 p.m. to midnight).
