Big Slippers to Fill: Watch Exclusive 'Cinderella' Footage
From the evil stepsisters to the pumpkin-turned-carriage to the glass slippers, “There are so many iconic moments in the film we have to do justice to,” says Lily James in this new exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from Cinderella.
James, who plays the titular rags-to-riches princess; Cate Blanchett, who is the new Wicked Stepmother; and director Kenneth Branagh all acknowledge the enormous pressure involved in doing a live-action film based on Disney’s iconic 1950 animated classic. “It’s terrifying because it’s such a big act to follow,” says James.
See if Cinderella lives up to its legendary predecessor when the new version comes out on March 13.
