Big Sean, aka Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, and his girlfriend, singer Jhené Aiko, have been granted a five-year restraining order for a creepy fan who allegedly broke into their home.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a restraining order was granted by a Los Angeles County judge after hearing evidence in the case. The order is set to expire on October 24, 2028.

As we reported, although the judge initially denied the temporary restraining order, the court has now granted Big Sean and his girlfriend a 5-year restraining order against their alleged stalker. The person is ordered to remain over 100 yards away from Big Sean, Jhené Aiko, and their family.

In August, the couple first went to the court asking for a restraining order against a 29-year-old man, who we are choosing not to hame, after Aiko "feared for her life."

The man apparently showed up to multiple events and concerts, but the final straw was when he broke into Big Sean and Jhené Aiko's home, where they live with their infant son and 14-year-old daughter.

The break-in even resulted in an altercation between the 29-year-old and Big Sean's neighbor's security team.

Interestingly, news of the restraining order comes just days after rumors circulated that the rapper and Aiko split. The rumors began after they unfollowed each other on Instagram, according to screenshots of their social media.

The unfollowing came just moments before Aiko shared a few cryptic memes to her Stories, one of which read, “The guy who has u explaining the meaning of empathy is not ur soulmate.”

Another meme read, “Get you a partner that doesn’t mind hurting people’s feelings when it comes to you. imma say it again. GET YOU A PARTNER THAT DOESN’T MIND HURTING PEOPLE’S FEELINGS WHEN IT COMES TO YOU.”

Since those rumors, the two have re-followed each other on Instagram.
