Big Money Week on ‘Price Is Right’ Means Big Celebrations on ‘This Week in Game Shows’

On The Price Is Right, one contestant took celebration to a whole new level. He seemed happy just to be onstage and to play the game, but when he won $100,000 he may have set a new bar for outrageous celebration. After lying on the ground and kicking his feet in the air, he ran around in circles, then got back on the ground and rolled around in some money.

On Family Feud, the cast of Almost Christmas came by, but the game was a lot more “feud” and a lot less “family.” When D.C. Young Fly was getting a little too huggy and touchy, Mo’Nique put a stop to it right away. And when she found out she could swear, she let him have it again. But Mo’Nique wasn’t done yet. When she and Gabrielle Union went head-to-head, Union made the mistake of admitting to a little anxiety. Mo’Nique mouthed something to her that may have been inappropriate for television, because the camera immediately cut away. But Mo’Nique’s effort to get inside her opponent’s head wasn’t quite enough, and Union won the head-to-head.

And on Jeopardy, Alex Trebek showed off his rapping skills once again, this time rapping lyrics from Drake’s “Jumpman.” In the past, Trebek has rapped lyrics by the Notorious B.I.G., Cypress Hill, Beastie Boys, and of course, who could forget the time he rapped the lyrics to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song.
