The immersive "Beyond King Tut" show wraps up its Jacksonville run on Sunday, Jan. 7, and it appears as if "Beyond Monet" is up next at the downtown NoCo Center.

The website for "Beyond Monet" lists Jacksonville as "coming soon," but no dates are listed. "Beyond Monet" is produced by Paquin Entertainment Group, the same company behind "Beyond King Tut," which opened in June, and "Beyond Van Gogh," which ran at the venue in 2022.

The Monet show uses projection technology to bring more than 400 of Claude Monet's most famous paintings to life. At the Van Gogh show, that artist's paintings were projected onto the walls, floors and visitors in the 30,000-square-foot main room at the NoCo Center, which used to be First Baptist Church of Jacksonville’s main auditorium on Hogan Street in downtown Jacksonville. The images flowed, the self-portraits blinked and the stars in Van Gogh's "Starry Night" twinkled.

A review of "Beyond Monet" in Milwaukee in 2023 notes that visitors walk through several rooms, where they learn about Monet and his art, before entering the Infinity Room, where a 35-minute loop projects the artists' works.
