While fans were eager to get their hands on Beyonce’s new line of Ivy Park apparel, some complained that the items were selling out so fast, they couldn’t even check out from Adidas' online store.

Through the help of a successful marketing campaign on social media, which saw PR packages sent to a number of celebrities, along with full product placements on her Instagram, Beyonce successfully delivered a collection that everybody was ready to spend their hard-earned money on.

But when the Ivy Park X Adidas collection went on sale on January 17, it was reported that multiple pieces were no longer able to be purchased online, just minutes after being made available for purchase.

The Ivy Park x Adidas launch was a success

Within a few hours, the clothing line had sold out entirely, leaving Adidas to make the following statement via Twitter:

"We have sold out of #IvyParkxadidas on http://adidas.com and the adidas app, but it will be available to buy from select adidas stores from tomorrow.”

Beyonce had made sure to include something for everyone in her newest range of clothes, focusing her attention on sneakers, socks, belts, hoodies, and athletic wear - simply said, it’s a collection that’s appealing to both men and women.

Yet despite the exciting news, however, fans complained that they couldn’t check out the pieces they had been wanting to get their hands on for days, claiming they were seeing an error message.

One person wrote: “Adidas! Why can’t I check out anymore? The Ivy Park line legit just went on sale,” while another continued: “This is beyond disappointing. the only thing available from the Ivy Park collection on the Adidas site are socks. Lol.”

A similar tweet read: "I have to wait an additional couple of days to get something since I don’t have their store in my area.”

There's still more to come from Ivy Park

Adidas is said to be restocking items both in-store and online so that everyone will be able to grab a piece of Beyonce’s latest drop, but it goes without saying that the mother-of-three has proven herself to be a huge draw when it comes to her star power and fan engagement.

Ivy Park’s latest release with Adidas was only advertised a week ahead of its worldwide launch, but it brought it so much attention that an extended line-up of items is now expected to follow later this year.

Following the first-day success of her clothing line, Beyonce revealed in a statement how happy she was with the response she'd received from the public while acknowledging her team's intense efforts in bringing her ideas to life.

The Queen Bey thanked her thanks

“My team has worked hard with the Adidas team in bringing my vision to life for this first collection and I am grateful and proud,” Beyonce shared.

“From the accessories to the clothes and footwear, I wanted to design and re-imagine pieces that serve as favorite armor for anyone who acknowledges the strength in their individual style and lives freely and boldly.”
