It was a Knowles family affair in Bushwick, Brooklyn on Tuesday night (Feb. 13). Beyoncé, Solange, and Tina Knowles all made their way to the Luar fashion show in support of Sol’s son, Daniel “Julez” Smith Jr., who made his New York Fashion Week debut.

News of Bey’s attendance broke the internet as mass hysteria ensued from her surprise appearance.

As a nod to her country era, the “16 CARRIAGES” singer was decked out in a jeweled blazer dress with matching thigh-high boots, a silver cowboy hat, and an iridescent Luar tote bag. She was seated next to Mama Tina while Solange sat a few seats over next to designer Christopher John Rodgers.

Julez, 19, rocked an oversized, double-breasted leather coat with matching pants and elbow-length furry gloves. Solange was spotted, beaming like a proud mama in pure admiration, as the models made their final walk around the runway. The theme of the evening was “the return of the metrosexual.”

However, Julez’s debut wasn’t the only talking point on the internet last night. Many fans were discussing the invasion of privacy when it comes to Beyoncé.

One viral video showed photographers clamoring to take photos of the superstar as bright lights flashed in her face. Ms. Tina shot them an “if-looks-could-kill” stare of death as she silently said, “When people are pushing and shoving and you ask them to stop tripping with your eyes.”

Host Kalen Allen reacted by saying, “This so unnecessary. People have zero respect for boundaries.” Journalist Sylvia Obell added, “I really hate that Beyoncé really has no peace in public. I can’t imagine this level of invasion every time.”

USA Today reported that attendees questioned if Bey also went to the afterparty.

The outlet noted, “She was indeed tucked away from the main crowd, as she exited the party to screams from photographers outside, just waiting to get a glimpse of her as she disappeared into the backseat of a black SUV. (One photographer joked that he could quit photography now that he got the shot of his lifetime.)”
