Following the massive success of the Renaissance World Tour, Beyoncé is nearing billionaire status.

According to Forbes, the singer’s net worth ballooned by roughly $300 million this year, now making her estimated net worth upwards of $800 million. When she ranked No. 48 on Forbes’ list of the wealthiest, self-made women in America earlier this year, Bey was reportedly worth around $540 million.

The boost can be directly attributed to the meteoric success of the Renaissance World Tour, which brought in an estimated $100 million after taxes. Billboard noted that the tour garnered approximately $579 million in revenue, making it the highest-grossing tour for a Black artist.

She surpassed Michael Jackson and The Weeknd for the monumental feat.

Bey’s music catalog is valued around $300 million and the rest is a combination of personal assets from Parkwood Entertainment and those she shares with JAY-Z.

Their real estate portfolio alone is reportedly worth $320 million, which includes their $200 million Malibu mansion that’s rumored to be the most expensive home in California.

“She’s one of the music gods,” IAG chairman Dennis Arfa, who represents acts including Norah Jones and The O’Jays, expressed to Forbes. “The business she does, and the amount of people that she draws, that she can do a movie on her own. She can do things most can’t.”

Arfa continued, “Beyoncé is big business. She’s a tremendous force in our industry. Whatever she does is very important and very relevant.”

Speaking of Bey being a “tremendous force,” this news comes on the 10th anniversary of her historic self-titled album. She shared a visual reminder of the moment when she “changed the game with that digital drop” and shifted the entire music industry eternally.

In the recap, the mother of three narrated, “I still get scared before every album release. I’m constantly searching for the deeper purpose for my art. Thoughts about life, my dreams or my fantasies. Just because you become a mother, it doesn’t mean you lose who you are. I don’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it’s ready—and from me to my fans. This album is the anti-perfection. Happy 10th anniversary.”
