At long last, the holiday weekend has arrived — and so have the Labor Day sales.
If your wardrobe could use a refresh, you’re in luck: Your favorite fashion brand is likely having a sale. Stores are eager to clear out merchandise at the end of the season to make way for new (read: full-price) stuff, so discounts are some of the highest we see all year.
We found 41 standout sales in the realms of clothing, shoes, bags, activewear, swimwear, shapewear, underwear, and more. Amazon, Nordstrom, J.Crew, and Shopbop are among the places we pulled our clothing picks. There are also great activewear deals at Lululemon and Alo Yoga, plus discounts on intimates from Spanx, Skims, and Parade. As for shoes and purses, we found lots to shop at Coach Outlet and Zappos.

& Other Stories: Treat your office wardrobe to a statement top or a pair of timeless trousers from the & Other Stories sale, where prices start at $8.
Amazon: A selection of name brands is up to 74 percent off at Amazon, including Ugg and Dr. Martens.
Anthropologie: There are more than 3,000 clothing items on sale at Anthro right now, including just-added corduroy pants, long-sleeve blouses, and stylish maternity clothes.
Bloomingdale’s: Get up to 70 percent off at Bloomingdale’s during the (somewhat) ominous sounding The Final Offer sale, where we spied Jimmy Choo shoes. There’s also a page for sale finds under $100, with more than 5,000 items on offer.
Everlane: Score up to 70 percent off modern classics at Everlane. Check the Deepest Discounts page for a shortcut to the best deals.
For Love & Lemons: The End of Summer Sale runs until September 4, with 25 percent off select styles and an extra 25 percent off sale items.
Frame: With the very straightforward code SITEWIDE15, you can score 15 percent off everything at Frame through the end of August. Including the white jeans Meghan Markle wore recently!
Gap: Gap always has deals running — the must-shop right now is the clearance section, where you can get an extra 40 percent off already reduced prices.
J. Crew: Similarly, J.Crew reliably has great deals to shop. The best bet at the moment is an additional 50 percent off sale items with code SHOPNOW, good through September 4.
Macy’s: Now through Monday, September 4, Macy’s is offering storewide specials with the promo code LABOR.
Nordstrom: Score up to 85 percent off on clothes at Nordstrom, including tons of name brands like Vince, Levi’s, and Rag & Bone.
Shopbop: Check out the 60 percent off and over page for the steepest deals at Shopbop right now, which has styles from Tibi, Alexander Wang, and Good American.
Target: Select women’s clothing is 30 percent off for Circle members.

Much of the clothing that is deeply discounted right now is summery, like tank tops and lightweight dresses, which is great news if you live in a warmer climate or have a great vacation planned. But there are still sweaters, jeans, and jackets on sale if you apply the right filters. It’s also a great time to stock up on year-round basics like tees.

Best Labor Day Sales on Shoes, Bags, and Accessories
Adidas: Save up to 40 percent on over 250 styles of shoes from sporty to trendy.
