It’s clear that there is a big future for athletes to become faces in the fashion, beauty and jewelry space, inspiring a whole new demographic.

In a revolutionary move, Prada outfitted Caitlin Clark head to toe, showing the rising power of female athletes far outside just the sports world. In this case, the white double satin shirt and skirt strikes the perfect balance between casual and chic.

Aaliyah Edwards hit another trend with her minimalistic white column dress with sleek cutout — but the style standout was her Judith Leiber basketball handbag, a conversational humorous touch that also celebrates the sport.

“Ever since I was a child I had a basketball in my hand and it got me to where I am today. So why not carry that into the W?” she told us of the bag.

The black and white Balmain high slit dress Cameron Brink chose features the perfect proportions that fit her 6’4” build flawlessly. The basketball star has never looked better. The asymmetric geometry of the gown is the secret weapon here.

In her first of two looks of the night, Rickea Jackson channeled the main color of the runway season — bright red. This two-piece modern pantsuit is giving evening gown vibes while still feeling young and wearable.

Nika Mühl wore yet another runway trend: a tuxedo inspired skirt suit. The extra long pencil skirt together with the crop silhouette of the blazer keeps the effort new and vibrant. The red tinted sunglasses heighten the cool effect.

What’s more powerful than a red power suit? Kamilla Cardoso could rule the board room or the red carpet in this look, which she said came together in a matter of days.

“We had a game, a championship game, so I wasn’t really thinking about it. And then after we won I was like ‘oh my gosh, the draft is next [week]. I don’t have an outfit,’” Cardoso told us about her look.

Nyadiew Puoch’s foam green gradation halter silk gown feels like a traditional red carpet outfit, especially when adding the trail. The flowy silhouette enhanced the romantic feel of the dress while flattering her physique.
