Bengals great Chad Johnson earns a new gig at Florida A&M

Former Cincinnati Bengals great Chad Johnson has a new gig.

Johnson has accepted the job of ambassador and consultant for the Florida A&M University Athletics Department, a development the program announced on social media this week.

No doubt Florida A&M saw how great Chad was in this particular role for the Bengals during the early stages of the Zac Taylor era. Cincinnati went as far as thanking their official team ambassador for his great work at a time the franchise and fans desperately needed it while in the throes of a dramatic rebuild.

Chad has effectively continued to be an ambassador for the Bengals since. And it was a breath of fresh air to see a franchise legend so openly support the team in the public sphere and in such cool ways.

That’s now coming to Florida A&M, a big win for the program over there and Chad, too.
