Below Deck Season 11, Episode 12 Preview: Barbie Pascual Admits Feelings for Kyle Stillie

Below Deck’s slow burn couple, Barbie Pascual and Kyle Stillie, have played a “will they or won’t they” game together all season. And while Barbie knew Kyle liked her, she had originally caught feelings for the bosun, Jared Woodin. However, slow and steady wins the race, and Kyle’s long game might pay off.

Barbie spills the tea on her feelings for Kyle

At the beginning of the season, Barbie had wanted to date Jared, much to everyone’s surprise. The man couldn’t dock a yacht to save his life. While he struggled as a bosun, he had even bigger personal issues which led to some unsavory behavior. So, Barbie quickly dropped him. This meant that Kyle was back in the running!

Kyle soon became a close friend to Barbie and was someone for her to lean on when things got stressful between her and Fraser Olender. The two even spent many a night together in their cabins, albeit in separate beds. A solid friendship can strengthen the chance of a solid relationship.

But would Barbie ever want to take Kyle out of the friend zone? In a preview for Episode 12, it looks like she does! Barbie finds herself dealing with some demanding charter guests who want a late-night snack. Kyle swooped in to help her make some sandwiches for the guests.

Barbie told Kyle, “This is really a tragic, tragic night. What would I have done without you?” Kyle calmly smoked his cigarette and joked, “Sh*t, that kitchen would’ve been on fire.” Guess 12 nannies never taught her basic cooking skills.

Kyle admitted in his confessional that Barbie isn’t normally his type. He said, “She’s so high-strung, she’s vertical. And I’m so laid back, I’m horizontal. It’s weird, but she’s got a hold of me.” Opposites attract, right?

Then Barbie finally spilled the tea. She said, “I definitely have feelings for Kyle, but I’m scared to act on it, so it’s kind of a game. It’s just like a fun, flirtatious…” Then the producer interrupted, “I think you like him.” Barbie laughed and said, “Whatever.” The cat’s out of the bag now, but when will she tell Kyle?
