Bekah Martinez Shares Selfie in Postpartum Mesh Underwear to Empower Other New Moms
Bekah Martinez is celebrating becoming a mom and all the changes that brings to a woman’s life and body.
On Wednesday — four days after giving birth — Martinez, 23, shared a mirror selfie of herself posing in postpartum mesh underwear.
“So amazing what we can do,” the former Bachelor contestant wrote over the photo, which was posted on her Instagram Stories.
“I’ve never felt so much respect and love for my body, diaper and all,” Martinez shared, adding the hashtag “#ThisIsPostPartum.”
Martinez also shared sweet shots of her baby girl sleeping.
In one shot, the baby girl, whose name has not yet been revealed, can be seen sprawled out, lying next to her dad Grayston Leonard.
Martinez then posted a closeup shot of her baby and Grayston, 29, sleeping writing, “Daddy’s girl.”

The proud mom also shared a solo shot of the newborn, wrapped in a cream blanket.
“She already has her poses down,” Martinez wrote over the photo, which shows the baby resting with her hand on her cheek.
“4 days old and already an IG model,” Martinez added.
Martinez and Grayston welcomed their bundle of joy on Feb. 2 via water birth at the Natural Birth Center in Los Angeles.
Martinez shared stunning photographs of the moment she welcomed her little one into the world.
In the intimate images, captured by Lauren Guilford, the new mom cradles her just born baby against her chest as proud dad Leonard looks lovingly down at his partner and child.
Martinez announced her pregnancy in October, revealing that she learned that she was pregnant three months into her relationship with Leonard.
She said her pregnancy was unplanned, explaining, “I was in disbelief and thought, ‘Is this really happening?'”
She continued, “I immediately called Grayston and then went across the street to the Dollar Tree and bought two more pregnancy tests. They, of course, were both positive.”
Martinez broke the news to Leonard on Father’s Day. She told PureWow, “I was crying … and said, ‘You’re going to be a dad!’ We hugged, and it was the first time we really got to be overjoyed. We were finally able to celebrate and soak up all of that emotion.”
She raved about welcoming a baby, calling it “legitimately a dream come true” and explaining, “It’s the one thing that I’ve known with certainty for so long.”
