The storyline revolves around an ace actress, Park Do-Ra (Im Soo-Hyang), who faces a dip in her career after a malicious rumor spreads about her. During this time, a passionate producing director, Go Pil-Seung (Ji Hyun-Woo), helps her get back on her feet. In the process, their love blooms. However, so far, the series has taken a different route. In the last few episodes, the plot shows that Do-Ra is dead, and another woman named Ji-Young is introduced. She looks a lot like Do-Ra but has no recollection of her past. What will Pil-Seung do?

In the last episode of Beauty and Mr. Romantic, Pil-Seung sees a tattoo on Ji-Young’s ankle that resembles Do-Ra’s. He gets confused, and to find the truth, he embarks on a journey to Ji-Young’s hometown and asks her grandmother about her whereabouts. She then reveals that Ji-Young (Im Soo-Hyang) has amnesia and doesn’t remember anything from her past.
However, Pil-Seung doesn’t stop there. He then takes a DNA sample of Ji-Young and finds Park Do-Ra’s mother’s sample to get a DNA test. On the other hand, Ma Ri (Jin Taek and Soo Yeon’s daughter) once again comes to Sun-Young’s place to meet Pil-Seung. Meanwhile, Do Jun (Do-Ra’s younger brother) finds out that he used to live with Pil-Seung’s family in his childhood. In the meantime, Ji-Young works hard at her new workplace. But will she remember her past and go back to the time she left? What will happen to Do-Ra and Pil-Seung’s relationship? Viewers can look forward to the upcoming episodes to find all the answers.
