Mark your calendars: The Bear is open for business. FX has officially given season three a premiere date and released a delicious new teaser.

The Bear audience has been (not so) patiently waiting for news about when Chris Storer’s award-winning drama will return. Now, FX has revealed that the next installment will drop on June 27 on Hulu. The network also dished out a 42-second trailer that shows Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) seemingly freed from the walk-in freezer, which is where the season two finale left off.

In the clip, Carmy enters the kitchen in his chef jacket and throws his notebook and knives down on the counter. Maybe he’s getting ready to do some prep? Then, a sort of blank look comes across his face and he spaces out—something we’ve seen Allen’s character do time and time again in the first two seasons. The camera then zooms out through the restaurant and over the Chicago skyline.

Back in November, it was confirmed that The Bear was renewed for a third season and would hit the streamer sometime in June. FX chairman John Landgraf also announced that similar to the previous installments, season three would drop all at once instead of the traditional episodic way.

Season three of The Bear finally has a release date.

Before the teaser was released on Thursday, fans got an unauthorized peek of season three last month. In April, footage that was shared during Disney’s shareholder meeting was leaked online without permission. Prior to the clip being taken down, the video showed Neil Fak (Matty Matheson) and Ted (Ricky Staffieri), who seemingly took it upon themselves to hang up photos of major food critics in the restaurant’s office. The two then call Carmy to come in and take a look at the portraits to which he replies, “This is smart—good job.”

Fans are also convinced that Will Poulter will be reprising his role as Chef Luca, though nothing has been confirmed. Filming for season three began in February and in a set video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), Poulter can be seen standing in front of a townhouse. The last time we saw him was in season two’s “Honeydew” episode when the experienced, Copenhagen-based pastry chef was mentoring Marcus (played by Lionel Boyce.)

Even though season three has yet to air, sources confirmed to Variety in March that The Bear was already working on season four. In fact, the fourth installment was reportedly shot back-to-back with season three. There hasn’t been any official word on whether it’s been greenlit, but we’d be surprised if the series called it quits after season three.
