Beach Club gets OK to almost double size of its dining pavilion

The Town Council has voted unanimously to approve plans for an expanded outdoor dining pavilion at the Beach Club.

The current poolside dining pavilion at the club at 755 N. County Road is about 750 square feet.

The plans approved by the council at the May 10 Development Review meeting allows the Beach Club to expand the pavilion to the east and west by 340 square feet on each side, for a total addition of 680 square feet.

The pavilion is on the southeast side of the pool, which is south of the main Beach Club building with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.
