'Baywatch' Stars Hit the Beach In New Group Photo

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be keeping the beach safe next summer in Baywatch, a big-budget reboot/adaptation of the ‘90s TV hit, with the help of Zac Efron and a host of fetching faces gathered in all their lifeguard glory for the first look photo above, courtesy of all The Rock’s social media outlets.

Decked out in the show’s signature red bathing suits, this official peek features its stars Jon Bass, Alexandra Daddario, The Rock, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera, and Efron goofing for the camera. Johnson’s remarks accompanying the photo reinforce the film’s lighthearted tone: “Are we bad ass? Yes. Do we save lives? All day. Are we a dysfunctional family? Epically. Do we have fun? F*** YES.” And as The Rock previously announced, the film will definitely be a rowdy, raunchy R-rated affair.
