Bayley: Michael Cole Is The Greatest At What He Does

Bayley speaks highly of Michael Cole.

Michael Cole has been with WWE for over two decades, and he has become the voice of WWE programming. At different points, he has called the action on RAW and SmackDown, in addition to his work at WWE premium live events. Cole and Bayley have interacted numerous times on WWE programming, and the former champion respects the veteran broadcaster.

Speaking on Under The Ring, Bayley was asked to share her thoughts on Michael Cole.

“Honestly, he’s the greatest at what he does,” Bayley said. “He has done this for, what, 25 years? I can’t even imagine, and being able to be consistent with that. He just did two shows every week, I get tired doing one. I will give him all his flowers and his respect and all that stuff.”

Bayley was also asked to name the funniest thing she has said to Michael Cole on commentary. She recalled how he once accidentally called Bianca Belair “Belanca” and she made fun of him for it.

“I don’t know if it was the funniest thing I’ve ever said, but the funniest thing he’s ever said that I got to make fun of him was when he called Bianca “Belanca,” because he was so excited,” she said. “She had won a match or something, and he’s like, ‘Belanca’s done it.” I just look at him like, ‘Belanca?’ He had the look on his face like, ‘Damn it, she’s never gonna let that down.’ So that’s probably my favorite one.
