'Bats Are Pollinators, Too!' presentation and other events for today

"Bats Are Pollinators, Too!" presentation: 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Roger's Grove Nature Area/Fairgrounds Lake, 220 Hover St., Longmont. Celebrating the spooky season and national bat week a bit early. Kids are invited to learn all about bats and how important they are to the ecosystem. Participants will read a couple of short stories with information about bats and how they are pollinators, too. Sixth through 12th graders who have some experience playing Dungeons & Dragons are invited to come and play friendly campaigns. The most experienced players will be Dungeon Masters and more experienced players will help along players without as much experience.
