The 18-year-old high schooler is known for his reserved and private nature and had never been heard speaking in public, but he has now surprised everyone with his voice after a trending video captured him speaking.

Dressed in a suit at a formal event in a ballroom at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, Barron confidently shook hands with a guest, saying, "Impressed with this?... That was like, the best... ever."

As the camera panned away from him, he could be heard muttering something else, but his voice was inaudible at that point. However, fans got to note how deep it was with the little that was audible.

One user said Barron "sounds like his dad," while another claimed his voice was like that of the character Greg from the hit HBO show, "Succession."

"Barron sounds like Trump... But I can't deny the Russian twist to his voice. Maybe he's got an accent from being literally strapped to Melania all the time," another person noted.

"Hard to really listen but he actually does sound like his papa!" a third person commented.

Some X users disagreed that Barron sounds like his father, noting that his voice is more similar to that of his brother, Eric Trump.

Barron Trump Declines Republican Delegate Role

Barron was tipped to make his political debut after he was shortlisted alongside 40 other Florida delegates to formally nominate his father as the Republican candidate in the upcoming Republican National Convention.

His foray into politics has now been hampered after a spokesperson for Melania revealed he "declined" the offer to serve in that capacity at the Republican National Convention because of "prior commitments."

"While Barron is honored to have been chosen as a delegate by the Florida Republican Party, he regretfully declines to participate due to prior commitments," the spokesperson explained.

Donald Trump Was In Support Of His Youngest Son Being Selected As A Delegate

The Republican National Convention is scheduled to be held from July 15 to 18 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

It will continue in the nation's 49 other states as the party formally confirms Trump as the Republican flag bearer for November's presidential election.

Reacting joyfully to the news of Barron's initial shortlisting, Trump gave his approval in an interview with Telemundo 51.

"He's pretty young, I will say. He's 17," Trump said, forgetting his son's age. He added, "But if they can do that, I'm all for it."

Barron Trump Graduates High School Next Week

Barron's days as a high schooler are almost over, as his graduation ceremony is scheduled for Friday, May 17. Trump had previously lamented the possibility of missing the big day due to his ongoing New York hush money trial.

Fortunately for him, the judge presiding over the case, Judge Juan Merchan, has approved his request to take a break from the proceedings so he can attend.

Reports also claim that Melania is ready to give her son some space, especially as he ventures into college life.
