Barricade Separates Rival Trump and Biden Rallies in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Supporters of US President Donald Trump and Democratic rival Joe Biden held demonstrations outside Pennsylvania’s main vote counting centre in Philadelphia on November 5, as ballot-counting continued in the battleground state.

This footage, shot by Jason Peters, shows a small group of Trump demonstrators and a significantly larger group of Biden supporters separated by what local media reported as “police barricades” on the intersection of North 12th Street and Arch Street outside Philadelphia’s Convention Centre.

Earlier in the day, Trump’s campaign had fought for closer access to monitor vote counting after their ballot monitors complained they were kept too far from the counting process to “meaningfully ensure the validity of the ballots being counted,” local media reported.
