This iconic doll has taken the summer by storm.

The “Barbie” movie has everyone talking, making memes and visiting theaters. It has accumulated $1.3 billion at the box office so far and has been recognized as one of the only female-dominated movies in the top-grossing films of all time.

Written and directed by Greta Gerwig, the movie stars Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken. It touches on topics including the loss of innocence, the realities of a patriarchal society and the relationships among women.

If you haven’t seen the blockbuster hit of the summer, you can still catch it in the comfort of your own home. Here’s when the Barbie movie comes out on streaming platforms.

Where and when will ‘Barbie’ be streaming?

You don’t have to wait long to watch the “Barbie” movie over and over. The film is available for preorder digitally.

Apple TV, Amazon and Google Play will have the film available to watch on Sept. 5, according to Variety. The film costs $24.99 on all three platforms.

You can purchase the movie on Blu-ray and DVD through Amazon, Walmart and Target, where it is also available for preorder. On Amazon, the film costs $24.96 for Blu-ray and $19.96 for DVD and will be released on Dec. 31. At Walmart, the film costs $24.96 and also will arrive on Dec. 31. The cost at Target is $26.99 with no specific release date yet.

Will the ‘Barbie’ movie be on HBO Max?

“Barbie” will be available to stream on Max, formerly known as HBO Max. This is because the film’s distributor, Warner Bros., owns the streaming platform.

While no specific date has been announced on when the hit movie will be available to stream on Max, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav said the film will be on the platform in the fall, according to Deadline.

What day is ‘Barbie’ coming to Netflix?

Although it does not look like “Barbie” will be coming to Netflix anytime soon, there are about 12 animated Barbie movies and series available to stream on the platform.

These include “Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse,” “Barbie Mermaid Power” and “Barbie Princess Adventure.”

How long will ‘Barbie’ stay in theaters?

Zaslav said the company believes in playing out the motion picture window of opportunity, according to Deadline. So as of right now, the film is set to stick around theaters for a bit.
