Barbara Walters Names Caitlyn Jenner ‘Most Fascinating’ of 2015

Barbara Walters has compiled her annual list on Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2015. Caitlyn Jenner found herself on the top of the list, along with Donna Karan, Tracy Morgan, and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos. Walters interviewed some others on the list one-on-one, including a frank talk about sex with Amy Schumer — so frank, apparently, that much of what she said could not be shared on network TV. Walters closed the interview by asking Schumer, “If you could be very beautiful, very rich, or very brilliant, which would you take?” Schumer barely paused before replying, “I’m doing all of that.” There was a lot of playful banter between Walters and Bradley Cooper, especially when the two revealed they each had other names they wish were their own. A presidential hopeful from the right as well as the left was included — Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders. Walters brought out a more introspective side of Trump when she asked whether he would consider himself a loser if he does not win the Republican nomination. He replied, “In a certain way, yeah. Hate to say it. If I lost the nomination, yeah — I guess I’d call myself a loser.” And she asked Sanders to sum up how he’d like to be remembered should he become president — in a single word. That word, for him, was “compassionate.”
