Barbara Corcoran isn’t done with cosmetic surgery.

The Shark Tank star, 75, revealed during an interview with Page Six, published on Friday, May 3, that she had a third facelift and is hoping to have another one done in the future.

“I’m hoping to have a fourth [facelift] on my 85th birthday,” Corcoran said.

The businesswoman also shared that she was also “thinking” of “enhancing my figure,” and would be down to do “whatever” procedures she “could sign up for.” Corcoran noted there were several areas she could see improvement.

“I would like to have a bigger chest, bigger hips, bigger butt,” she said, though she also admitted that she doesn’t “know” whether she could “withstand the surgery.”

When asked why she wanted to do the cosmetic surgeries, Corcoran admitted that it was because she wanted “to be a different woman.”

“I want to be not the kind of woman that people say, ‘Wow she’s great at business. Wow, she’s rich.’ I want to be the kind of woman that walks by and the guy whistles and says, ‘Wow, she’s hot.’ That’s what I’m after,” she said with a laugh.

This comes a month after The Corcoran Group founder shared a TikTok joking about her previous nips and tucks. She showed a slideshow with images of herself posing in a hot pink blazer with the words written over it, “What’s the most expensive thing you’re wearing?” In a second image, she answered the question, “My facelift.”

Below the photos, Corcoran wrote that investing in her appearance was “worth the money,” adding, “At least I’m honest!” with the hashtag #plasticsurgery. She didn't, however, disclose how much she paid for the procedures.

The star has been candid about her cosmetic surgeries on social media, even posting a side-by-side photo of herself on season 1 of Shark Tank in 2009 and a photo of her on season 14 of the hit show in early 2023. “2 facelifts & 100+ deals later…” she captioned the post.

She has also previously shared that she got an eye lift after needing to get an operation done to deal with basal cell carcinoma, which is a skin cancer caused by exposure to the sun, per Mayo Clinic.

“I had built my business, sold it, and I worked so hard building that business that my face looked it, so I decided to have a facelift right after I sold my business. I was 46,” she shared. “I went to the best surgeon in New York, checked everybody out, showed up at his office, ready to make my appointment for the facelift and he sent me to a cancer doctor.”

She said she got the procedure done at the same time she was getting the cancer treated.
