Bam Margera Got a Dr. Phil Tattoo from Kat Von D's Shop

Dr. Phil will now be with Bam Margera wherever he goes ... because he just inked the good doc's name on his neck.

The former "Jackass" star posted video of the newest addition to his eclectic collection of tattoos.

Bam's tat reads "dr. Phil" next to one of the star's trademark heartagram designs.

He got the tattoo at Kat Von D's High Voltage Tattoo Shop in Los Angeles, CA.

"I gotta pay my respects to Dr. Phil," Margera explained on video while showing off the fresh ink.

He added, "I cried out on the inter web at 7 AM and that very morning his team was there to get me first class to go to LA to get me some help."

He also thanked Kat Von D, and the artist at her shop who actually did the tattoo.

It appears the video was taken when Bam was out in L.A. last week, but it's unclear where exactly the "Jackass" star is currently at.

After his 3-hour meeting with Dr. Phil, The Blast was told Margera agreed to get help and hopped on a plane to head to treatment.

However, on Monday he began posting photos and videos from his Instagram account again, leading many to believe he was already out of treatment.

He posted a photo in front of a microphone, during what appears to be a TV shoot or podcast taping, and many fans on his IG feed suspect that he has bailed on treatment.

Giving further evidence that his treatment may be done, Margera posted audio from years ago where his family allegedly tried to stage an intervention. He captioned the post, "The hidden tape of me getting 302 again till the cops agree with me."
