Bam plead no contest to one count of Trespassing, and he was sentenced to a 90-day controlled substance treatment program. In return, he will not serve any jail time.

Spending time behind bars was very possible in this case because Bam was on probation from a previous DUI case in LA County.

The good news, Bam is already being treated in an Orange County, CA drug rehab facility and will just need to continue until he reaches the 90 days.

The initial arrest followed a rough several weeks for the 'Jackass' star after he went through a very public meltdown.

His family believes, besides the drinking, Bam was abusing the prescription medication Adderall. Our sources say, when he acted like this is was usually following his taking of the pills.

As we reported, Bam was charged with misdemeanor trespassing after arriving "highly intoxicated" to the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel.

After he was told no rooms were available, Bam allegedly became irate, refuse to leave, and escalated the situation until the police arrived.

The former "Jackass" star agreed to seek help for substance abuse and mental health issues after sitting down for an interview with Dr. Phil.

Bam will be only probation for the next 3 years, and as long as he keeps his nose clean and finishes rehab, he will be in the clear.
