New Balance just launched an all new silhouette combining the brand's performance running heritage with its most popular 99x styles.
Drawing inspiration from the current tech-led aesthetic within the sneaker space, the new silhouette utilizes familiar elements of archive New Balance styles and transforms them into a more contemporary offering. Rooted in technology present in the 990s and early 2000s series, the 9060 features an extended "N" logo alongside a split heel, tongue badge and diamond-shaped outsole. The new shoe is decidedly thicker than previous iterations and is made up of premium suede and mesh for an elevated aesthetic.
The first colorway to debut is "Mindful Gray," a tonal collection of beige, gray and cream, with more colors set to land later in the year alongside the coveted Mowalola collaboration which debuted at London Fashion Week.
New Balance's 9060 will be available for purchase from July 16 from the brand's website, alongside select retailers.
