Bad Bunny, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, is revealing how he chose his stage name.

The Puerto Rican rapper told James Corden on Wednesday's episode of "Carpool Karaoke," that in the beginning of his career, he wanted to conceal his identity with a mask, kind of like music producer and DJ Marshmello does with what looks like a giant marshmallow head.

"You know I never wanted to be so famous but then I just went with the flow," Bad Bunny said.

Corden asked why he might want to cover up "such a beautiful face" and pressed further asking where Bad Bunny came from.

"Bad Bunny ... no matter how bad is still looking cute," Bad Bunny finally explained.

So no matter how bad a bunny is, it's "still cute," Corden confirmed through laughter.

"That's me ... I'm a good guy. I'm cute," Bad Bunny teased while checking himself out in the camera.

During the nearly 16-minute long segment, Corden and Bad Bunny belted out renditions of Bad Bunny and Jhay Cortez's "Dakiti", Bad Bunny's "Tití Me Preguntó", Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin's "I Like It" and Ariana Grande's "Break Free."

They also covered a number of topics including how Bad Bunny was nearly late to perform at the Grammys due to a workout and his last visit to Puerto Rico.

While braving Los Angeles traffic, the two made a pit stop at a wrestling ring. Bad Bunny, a wrestling fan who has stepped into the ring himself and makes plenty of wrestling references in his music, showed Corden some of his moves, prompting the late night host to call him a "naughty bunny." They even brought in professional wrestler Rey Mysterio who challenged Corden to take him on in the ring.

Back in the car, they wrapped up their drive with a final karaoke moment. The duo sang 2022 hit "As It Was" by Harry Styles.
