Great Scott! Celebrate 35 years of 'Back to the Future' with new products from Funko (exclusive)

Thirty-five years ago, Marty McFly took a two-way trip through the time stream that instantly became one for the Hollywood history books. Thanks to Funko Games, you can relive his adventure in board game form ahead of the movie’s July 3 anniversary. Due in stores on June 20, Back to the Future: Back in Time invites two to four players to journey back to Hill Valley circa 1955 and then figure out a way to get — wait for it — back to the future. Originally announced at Toy Fair, Yahoo Entertainment has your exclusive first look at the Back in Time game board, which features original artwork commissioned by game company Prospero Hall.

Playable characters include Marty, his pal Doc Brown, his girlfriend Jennifer (the Claudia Wells version) and the good Doc’s trusty dog, Einstein. The cooperative gameplay requires your team to resolve various challenges, while also keeping Marty’s parents — George and Lorraine — away from small-town bully Biff and getting the time-traveling DeLorean ready to make its return trip to 1985. That may sound heavy, but Back in Time zooms by at 88 miles per hour, making it the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
