Ryan Sutter is continuing to confuse fans with his cryptic messages about wife Trista Sutter.

The 49-year-old alum of “The Bachelorette” has been posting about his absent partner since May 12, leading his followers to speculate that something is wrong with Trista, 51.

On Wednesday, Ryan shared a black-and-white picture of his dog and addressed the online attention toward his perplexing posts.

“21 years ago I was pretty famous. I don’t have millions of followers and am not influencing anyone but for some reason, every now and then, people still pay attention,” he wrote.

“Apparently that has recently been the case?”

Ryan continued: “I strayed from the safety of the usual dog theme and chose to post a message to my wife for a time when she could eventually read it. She understood the context and so did I. No one else did however, and that’s where things went sideways.”

“It was suggested that Trista had died, we were in trouble or that it must be a midlife crisis among many other creative ideas,” the ex-reality star added, referring to the online speculation about his wife and their marriage.

He went on to say, “Some thought I was intentionally misleading people in order to somehow benefit from it? It got picked up on entertainment news sites and I started getting texts from friends asking if I was ok. All because I missed my wife and chose to share how that felt. It felt weird to wear the clothes of past fame once again, even if only briefly. It reminded me of how crazy life was and of how grateful I am for the life I have.”

Once again, Ryan did not address his wife’s whereabouts in his latest post.

Ryan first revealed Trista was off the grid one day before Mother’s Day, when he shared a photo of Trista and opened up about missing her.

On Mother’s Day, Ryan posted a full family photo and lamented over the fact that Trista was not with her husband or their kids Maxwell, 16, and Blakesley, 15. Then on May 17, the firefighter posted more cryptic words about Trista.

“I really wish I could talk to you,” he wrote, later adding, “I want to know how you’re doing. I want to support and encourage and cheer you on. I want to be there for you. But I can’t.”

Fans have speculated that Trista is filming a reality show right now, like “The Traitors” or “Special Forces,” which would explain her absence.

Trista has not posted on Instagram since May 12.

The last time she was seen publicly was in January, when the couple attended Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist’s “Golden Bachelor” wedding in California.

The Sutters are the longest-standing couple from “The Bachelor” franchise.

They married in 2003 after Trista’s season of “The Bachelorette.”
