'Bachelorette' Star Luke Parker Is Dating Justin Bieber's Ex-Girlfriend
We're in the midst of a new season of The Bachelor and still reeling from that emotional conversation between Peter Weber and Hannah Brown, so it would make sense that one of the biggest villains in Bachelorette history would be nothing but a distant memory now.
After his dramatic exit from the show, when Hannah sent him packing in that infamous black SUV, Luke Parker has been flying under the radar for quite a while, until now.
The Bachelorette alum has recently made headlines for dating Caitlin Beadles, none other than Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend.
Caitlin and Luke Have Been Spending Time Together
A source told Us Weekly, “Caitlin and Luke have been spending a lot of time together, but at this point, they’re not officially dating. They care about the same things, specifically family and faith.”
Luke's faith was a huge part of the Bachelorette season, and lead to one of the most tense conversations on the show between him and Hannah Brown.
During what was supposed to be their "fantasy suite" date, the pair got into a heated debate about sex before marriage.
Luke Is Still Known For That Sex Conversation
The couple had just sat down for dinner, all smiles, when Luke brought up the topic, saying, "Let's talk about sex." Hannah looked happy at where things were going, until suddenly, she didn't.
Luke said, "Sex is an incredible thing, and it's a beautiful thing...only when it's within the guidelines of marriage."
While this opinion and life choice is completely okay, it's what he said afterwards that rubbed Hannah and most of Bachelor Nation the wrong way.
He elaborated further, saying, "And thinking about fantasy suites, like I've heard people proclaim their faith, but yet they've said things like, 'I'm excited for fantasy suites, I want to explore this relationship on a sexually intimate level, and that's what I'm looking forward to,' and to me that's like, uh, what, excuse me? There's something I'm missing here."
He continued, "Like I don't believe that's something that you should be doing and I just want to make sure you're not going to be sexually intimate with the other relationships here."
Well, clearly Luke didn't know the extent of Hannah and Peter's windmill sexcapades, and when they talked about it on After The Final Rose, most of the audience assumed Luke's ears were melting while he watched.
Caitlin and Luke Are Interested In Getting To Know Each Other More
Luke appears to be spending a lot of time with Caitlin recently, with a source telling Us Weekly they are "interested in getting to know each other more.”
The source explained, "They run in the same circles and are definitely talking and run in the same circles. They like each other and want to progress slowly and see where it goes, but nothing is official right now.”
Most people who watched Luke P. on Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette will be throwing up in their mouths at this point, wanting to scream at her to stay away.
Apparently, Luke Is Ready To Move On
Luke later elaborated on the incident, telling the Reality Steve podcast, "She told me she shared the same heart and convictions as me and she wanted to abstain from sex before marriage. That’s why I'm so confused and that’s why you see the look on my face when she tells me about the windmill.”
There's that damn windmill again. Peter Weber will be forever telling this story, even when he's 95 years old and sitting at a nursing home table with his friends.
Apparently, Luke is moving on now with Caitlin, even if the pair are taking things slow.
