‘The Bachelorette’ left in tears as suitor calls it quits right before finale

Fans were super excited for the penultimate episode of “The Bachelorette” Monday, as Tayshia Adams was down to her final three suitors. Zac Clark, Ivan Hall and Brendan Morais started the two-part finale all vying for love, but after some stressful engagement ring shopping, one contestant called it quits.

Morais, who had been married once before, realized that he was not prepared to propose to Adams.

“I want a wife and kids and a family more than anything on the face of this Earth,” he said. “But then coming to the realization that there's a big part of me that's still broken.”

While Adams was understanding, she was also devastated as he left.

“I really thought I was gonna end up with Brendan,” she said. “He's been a person every single day that I've been like, ‘It's Brendan.’ Every. Single. Day.”
