Tia Booth is a bachelorette no more!

The former Bachelor contestant, 32, married her fiancé Taylor Mock on Saturday at Diamond Creek Farms in Nashville. The couple celebrated their special day in front of 225 of their friends and family — including their son Tatum, who turns 1 in December.

"It was either elope or have a huge party with all of our family and friends — no in between," Booth told PEOPLE of the large guest list ahead of the nuptials. "I’ve waited a long time for this day, so we might as well have everyone there to witness it!"

The couple's wedding festivities which were planned by Jessika McCuin Weddings, with production by Central Arkansas Entertainment, kicked off on Friday night with a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Graduate Hotel, where they mingled with their guests. The overall vibe of their two-day celebration was "sexy and romantic," with a "moody" color scheme of neutrals with black accents and pops of chartreuse and gold metallics.

On Saturday, guests gathered again to watch Booth and Mock say their "I dos." During the wedding procession, Mock walked to the altar with Tatum, dressed in a tiny tuxedo to match his dad's. They were followed by Booth, who sailed down the aisle to Drew Erwin's cover of "Look After You" by The Fray in a nod to her late dad Kenny Booth, who died in February 2022 from colon cancer.

The ceremony featured florals by Tanarah Luxe Floral, signage by Dayflower Designs and was officiated by Ron Nottingham, one of Mock's mentors from back home. To honor Booth's father, guests took a shot of tequila (Kenny's go-to drink) when the officiant asked, "Who gives this woman to be married to this man?"

The couple exchanged handwritten vows, per Mock's request. "We're already best friends and made a commitment to each other as Tatum's parents, so we're excited to make things officially official in front of all of our family and friends," Booth said of the moment they'd be declared husband and wife.

The bride wore a lace Anne Barge gown with long sleeves and a high neck. "I can’t imagine walking down the aisle in anything else," the reality star said of her dress. "I specifically wanted a cool-weather wedding date for long sleeves."

She later slipped into a second look for the reception — a custom jumpsuit perfect for dancing and celebrating to music by the Georgia Bridgewater Orchestra from Jordan Kahn Music Company.

Following the ceremony, which was captured by Lucy Camryn Films, the newlyweds hosted a cocktail hour with six different passed appetizers including shrimp salad gougères, chorizo-stuffed dates and adobo-braised beef mini tacos. The dinner menu featured some the couple's favorite southern-style dishes — bacon-wrapped bistro chicken, grilled Verlasso salmon with a maple-bourbon smoked sugar glaze, and sides such as smashed red bliss potatoes.

For dessert, the couple chose a strawberry cake with cream cheese icing from Patty Cakes Bakery. Inspired by Booth's love for all things spooky, the cake featured a mix of black fondant and black velvet tiers, as well as the embossed phrase, "Til Death."

Later into the celebration, guests enjoyed a late-night snack provided by Daddy's Dogs, a gourmet hot dog eatery. They were also given custom trucker hats by Kenz Kustomz as favors.

Booth and Mock shared their first dance to "Wildfire" by Cautious Clay. The bride also took a spin around the dance floor with her son, as Bryan Adams' emotional ballad "Everything I Do" played.

To cap off the evening, Grand Exit lit up the sky with a festive fireworks display.

Booth said her long-awaited wedding celebration was perfect from start to finish. "As someone who didn’t really know what I wanted, it’s exactly what I wanted. Dark and moody and cool," she said.

For the newly minted Mrs. Mock, the best part of it all is now sharing the same last name as "her boys." "I’m honored to be Taylor’s wife and Tatum’s mom. I love our life so much. As long as I have them, I’m happy," she gushed.

"I love that we get to raise Tatum together everyday," Mock added of the family they've built together.

In lieu of a honeymoon — they can't bear to be away from their son too long — they plan to enjoy a little staycation at the Southall in Nashville, which Booth said has "an amazing spa."

The couple first met at a going-away party for one of Booth's friends. They struck up a friendship that eventually turned into more when Mock admitted he had a crush on Booth. Befitting Booth's Bachelor roots, Mock proposed in April 2022 during a Bachelor Live show in Atlanta — with a little help from a franchise star.

"[Bachelorette] Becca Kufrin and [husband] Thomas Jacobs actually helped set up the whole thing," Booth revealed. "I was completely shocked! I thought I was there to be a special guest on the live show!"

As they bask in the glow of their wedding, the couple is excitedly looking ahead to the future — and they have some big plans!

"The next chapter looks like more babies ASAP! Grow businesses, grow as a team. We’re also getting a puppy to keep things interesting," Booth said. "We're pumped."
