All The Bachelor Season 28 Eliminations For Joey Graziadei, Updated Weekly

Joey Graziadei has embarked on his journey to find love on The Bachelor, and by the end of Season 28 of the ABC reality dating series, we all hope to see the tennis pro get down on one knee for a proposal. However, before that can happen, there are a lot of other women he’s got to send home. If you didn't manage to watch The Bachelor Season 28 every week or want to remember how or when a specific member of Joey’s cast got eliminated, this is the place to be.

Thirty-two women arrived at Bachelor Mansion in hopes of winning Joey Graziadei’s heart, and nobody knows how painful the elimination part of this process is better than Joey. The 28-year-old Bachelor was the runner-up on Charity Lawson’s season of The Bachelorette, getting sent home just as he was about to propose. Who will meet a similar fate on The Bachelor? We’ll be keeping track of all the drama here — from rose ceremonies to bad breakups to 2-on-1 dates — updating this list weekly at the end of each episode.

Let’s take a look at who’s been sent home so far as Joey Graziadei searches for love!

Final Elimination: Daisy Kent

Daisy Kent knew something was off in the days leading up to the proposal, and after finally telling Joey Graziadei that she was in love with him, she did not get the reassurance from him that she'd hoped for. Daisy rode with Kelsey Anderson to the final rose ceremony, where she told Joey she knew she wasn't the one, and then she left.

Fantasy Suite Rose Ceremony: Rachel Nance

The "We need to talk note" that's been teased all season turned out to be nothing, in typical frustrating Bachelor fashion, and instead of Kelsey Anderson self-eliminating, we saw Rachel Nance get sent home at the rose ceremony, with Joey Graziadei saying he didn't see himself falling in love with her.

Fantasy Suite Cliffhanger

After emotional overnight dates with Rachel Nance, Kelsey Anderson and Daisy Kent, Joey Graziadei is certainly falling in love; however, a visit with The Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima got to Kelsey, who left Joey a note saying: “We need to talk.” Will we find out what happens at next week’s “Women Tell All”?

Hometown Elimination: Maria Georgas

Maria Georgas certainly was an enigma this season. Was she really the monster that contestants like Sydney Gordon and Lea Cayanan made her out to be? Was she confident enough in her and Joey’s relationship to make it through the brutal final weeks of The Bachelor’s process? I certainly couldn’t tell, and neither could Joey, so that was the end of that. Maria may have been too unpredictable for Joey in the end, but she sure would make for an entertaining Bachelorette, don’t you think?

Episode 7 Rose Ceremony: Jenn Tran And Kelsey Toussant

Joey Graziadei gave out four roses in the February 26 episode, choosing which women’s families he would be meeting at next week’s Hometown dates. Unfortunately for Jenn Tran and Kelsey Toussant, it was the end of the road. Both contestants seemed to see the writing on the wall, as they expressed concern throughout the two hours about not getting chosen for the one-on-one dates, with Jenn saying she felt like she was losing Joey, and Kelsey T. expressing how hard it was to not know where the Bachelor’s head was at when she felt so strongly.

Episode 6 Group Date: Jess Edwards Sent Home

The group date that kicked off Joey Graziadei’s time in Canada was rough, with multiple women expressing frustration about not getting one-on-one time with the Bachelor and insecurity about his connections with the other contestants. Jess Edwards said she felt forgotten in the group setting, but she tried to get validation that evening by telling Joey she was starting to fall for him. He couldn’t reciprocate those feelings, so he said it was unfair to keep her around.

Episode 6 Self-Elimination: Lexi Young Says The Timing Is Off

After Lexi Young opened up about her endometriosis in Malta, she needed to know what kind of timeline Joey was on in regards to trying to start a family with the woman ends up with. He told her he wanted to be engaged for two or three years and then also have time to enjoy the marriage before children entered the picture. That timing didn’t line up with what Lexi envisioned, and she told him it was best for her to leave.

Episode 6 Rose Ceremony: Katelyn DeBacker And Lea Cayanan

Katelyn DeBacker said during this week’s group date that even though she was trying to focus just on her own relationship with Joey, it was hard to see the obvious connections he was forming with other people. Her fears were confirmed at the rose ceremony, when she failed to receive a rose, along with Lea Cayanan. Bachelor Nation first met Lea at Charity Lawson’s “After the Final Rose” special, and she got Joey’s First Impression Rose on Night 1. However, the past few weeks we’ve seen her getting more caught up in drama with Maria Georgas than developing a relationship with the Bachelor.

Episode 5 Rose Ceremony #2: Autumn Waggoner And Madina Alam

The Season 28 contestants then jaunted off to Spain for dancing, painting and yes, more fighting amongst the women. The second rose ceremony in Tuesday’s episode saw Autumn Waggoner and Madina Alam fail to procure the all-important flower, with Madina rightfully commenting that all the drama had essentially kept Joey from getting to know her. Emotions aren’t going anywhere but up, either, with people starting to fall in love!

Episode 5 Rose Ceremony #1: Allison Hollinger And Edwina Dorbor

With two episodes of The Bachelor this week, Monday night’s offering ended on a cliffhanger ahead of the rose ceremony, which meant the February 13 episode gifted Bachelor Nation with TWO rose ceremonies! In the first one, Joey Graziadei wrapped up his time in Malta by saying goodbye to Edwina Dorber — who had given her all during the recent paintball group date — and Allison Hollinger — the second of the Philadelphia sister duo

Episode 4 Two-On-One: Sydney Gordon Is Sent Packing

Joey Graziadei attempted to get to the bottom of the bullying accusations that plagued the previous week’s pool party by arranging a glorious 2-on-1 date with Sydney Gordon and Maria Georgas. Gosh I love a 2-on-1. After hearing each woman’s side of the story regarding their drama in the house, Joey was still unclear on who was telling the truth, and he made his decision based on who he had a stronger connection with. Maria survived to fight another day, and other contestants looked shocked to see Sydney’s suitcase removed from their hotel in Malta.

Episode 3 Rose Ceremony: Chrissa Perez, Evalin Clark, Starr Skyler

Much of the February 5 episode revolved around the feud between Maria Georgas and Sydney Gordon, so even though Joey Graziadei opted for a pool party rather than a cocktail party in order to spend more time with the women, many of them did not get a chance to further their relationships. In the end it was Chrissa Perez, Evalin Clark and Starr Skyler (pictured in that order above) who were sent packing. I feel blessed that we were at least able to witness Evalin’s amazing musical chairs performance last week before she went.

Episode 2 Self-Elimination: Lauren Hollinger

Lauren Hollinger and her younger sister Allison acted like it was no big deal that they were both dating Joey Graziadei, but the tension that started to build in the season premiere only got worse on the January 29 episode. Lauren got off to an emotional start when the group date triggered her grief from her father’s recent death. At the cocktail party she was going to make an effort to turn things around, but she ended up getting frustrated and informed Joey (and her sister) that she was leaving. Also, she destroyed a cake before she left, because a good cake never makes it through a Bachelor Nation show unscathed.

Episode 2 Rose Ceremony: Erika Cardenas, Marlena Haddad, Taylor Wiens

Joey Graziadei said goodbye to three women on January 29 — Erika Cardenas, Marlena Haddad and Taylor Wiens. Other than Erika showing off her dance moves in the premiere episode and Taylor having an issue with Jess Edwards’ kiss-and-tell antics, we didn’t get to know these women very well.

Night 1 Rose Ceremony: 10 Women Fail To Make An Impression

Thirty-two sparkling women introduced themselves to our Season 28 star, many making some strong first impressions with their limo exits. By the end of the night — or the next morning, rather — only 22 of those contestants remained. It’s pretty typical for the show to lose about a third of its contestants at the Night 1 ceremony, as Zach Shallcross previously sent 10 of his 30 women home. Here were the ladies who failed to make an impression on Joey Graziadei:

• Kyra Brusch

• Lanie Latsios

• Natalie Crepeau

• Sam Hale

• Samantha Washington

• Sandra Rabadi

• Talyah Jackson

• Zoe Antona

We didn’t see a lot from these women in the premiere episode, but this does seem to be proof that a bad limo exit can equal a short stay in Bachelor Mansion. For example, Joey Graziadei didn’t seem too impressed with Kayla Rodgers’ fake orgasm noises that she said were “tennis grunts,” and Zoe Antona presented the Bachelor with bananas of different sizes and asked him to choose which one resonated with him.

Chandler Dewgard, however, came in with a Friends joke in reference to their names, telling Joey Graziadei, “I’ll be there for you,” which I appreciated, and Samantha Washington tossed him a ball of dough, saying she hoped he would see she’s “the one that you ‘knead.’” I can get down with a bad pun, but maybe that’s not Joey’s thing.
