After getting engaged in August, Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb are looking forward to the next milestone: marriage!

On Sunday, the Bachelor in Paradise alums posted a joint Instagram where they shared photos from their recent engagement party and revealed they can't wait for the big day.

"forever & ever 🕊️," the couple captioned a carousel of photos.

"We had the best night ever celebrating our engagement," Heringer, 28, wrote. "Noah and I have been asking ourselves how we got so lucky with the best family and friends who let us borrow table and chairs, offered to help us set up and took the time to celebrate us 🥹🫶🏼 It wasn’t easy planning our first party with an empty house, but I couldn’t be more in love with how it turned out!"

"Now let’s finish our house and get hitched already hehe," the caption concluded.

Plenty of recognizable pals, including Adam Gottschalk, Hannah Godwin, and Giannina Gibelli commented in support of the happy couple.

"So sweet and beautiful 🥹💓 the last black and white photo is literally movie vibes," Godwin wrote of a shot featuring the two dancing together.

"Y’all cute af and I can’t handle it anymore 🥹," Gottschalk added.

Back in August, the pair opened up to PEOPLE about their engagement at a beachfront home in La Jolla, San Diego — and the 4-carat oval-shaped engagement ring. Erb revealed that he got down on one knee and that the moment was "stunning and exactly what she was hoping for."

"I called her parents a couple days before to fill them in on my plans," Erb told PEOPLE. "Thomas [Jacobs] helped me with the arrangements and get everything set up. The proposal was perfect and everything I wanted to incorporate to make it special and ours."

He continued: "Once she saw the roses while walking up the stairs she got emotional. She was crying right when she saw the roses and both of us were emotional during my speech while watching the sunset," he added of the surprise.

The proposal came a month earlier than anticipated, as Heringer had decided to schedule their move back to Oklahoma sooner than initially planned after she "rescued a dog unexpectedly two weeks ago."

The duo met on Bachelor in Paradise season 7, and although they split up before the show's fantasy suites, they reconnected after the series. Erb previously competed on The Bachelorette's season 16, while Heringer is a season 25 alum of The Bachelor.
