Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt are parents again!

The Bachelor in Paradise stars have welcomed their second baby together, the couple shared in a joint Instagram post on Sunday.

Son Nash Lochland Wendt was born on Saturday, Oct. 7, the couple revealed.

"Happy 🇨🇦 Thanksgiving from our now family of 4 💛 everyone meet our son Nash Lochland Wendt 10.7.23," read the post, which included photos of the family's first moments together at the hospital. "Astrid and baby boy are doing great and ready to come home today. Our new favourite moment in life was watching August meet Nash, smiling the whole time and kissing his new baby brother 🥹."

The 22-month-old could be seen excitedly leaning over and taking a look at his baby brother in photos and video.

Baby Nash arrived at 2:56 p.m. and weighed 7 lbs., 9 oz. at birth, a rep for the couple tells PEOPLE.

“We always had a strong feeling we were having another boy, everything throughout the pregnancy was so similar and we always pictured 2 boys under 2 years apart," says the couple. "Because both our sons are through IVF as we had difficulty conceiving, we are just so thankful everything went smoothly and everyone is home and feeling good."

As Loch doesn't have any brothers and wanted her maiden name to live on, Wendt had the idea to incorporate the moniker into their son's middle name, which is how they came up with the name Lochland.

Loch, 33, and Wendt, 39, met on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2014, and got engaged in August 2019. The couple revealed the exciting news of their growing family in February, alongside photos together on their Instagram Stories.

"BABY DADDY times two," the former reality star captioned a black and white photo of Wendt holding a birthday cake with the candles lit. "Test results came back POSITIVE so we're celebrating @Kevin.c.wendt birthday a day early."

Sharing an ultrasound photo earlier this year, the BiP alum explained in the caption that it was "not a pregnancy announcement (yet)."

"But today was transfer day so we're holding our breath and keeping our fingers crossed. Last time this all felt much harder to share, there was so much more fear. But you guys have been an incredible community so this time I'm taking you along for the ride," she wrote.

Explaining that the "first pic is little embryo chilling," she then referenced the second and third photos in her post, which showed a "glimpse at the meds and injections."

Loch concluded the post with a sweet video, which shows the "moment our embryo was transferred."

On Mother's Day of 2021, the pair announced they were having their first child together after experiencing infertility. In a series of blog posts for PEOPLE, Loch documented her pregnancy journey after a long road to conception, opening up about her fertility struggle and experience with in vitro fertilization (IVF).

"For 39 weeks now I've been in charge. I controlled what baby and I ate, when we rested, when we went to our appointments, and when it was time for us to move," Loch wrote. "My baby has been safe inside of me growing the last 39 weeks and any day now I'm losing that safety and that's a very scary thing for me to wrap my head around."

"Ultimately though, as much as I don't want to lose this control I'm so ready to meet our little one," she continued. "To see their face for the first time, to find out if they're a boy or girl, to see Kevin finally get to touch and feel our baby the way I have been the last nine months. So yes, I'm scared to lose control but I know whatever awaits me on the other side will be so much better. "
