Two realtors, three "account executives," a radiochemist, and a pair of sisters (!) — these are just some of the women who will be competing to "win" an engagement in the upcoming 28th season of The Bachelor. Joey Graziadei, the 28-year-old tennis pro from Pennsylvania, will surely be spoiled for choice when it comes to his future spouse. Meet the 32 women who will vie for his final rose when The Bachelor premieres on Monday, January 22 at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Allison, 26
