'Bachelor in Paradise' plot twist as contestant posts incriminating texts

Bachelor in Paradise continued Tuesday night and so did the drama between Blake Horstmann, Kristina Schulman and Caelynn Miller-Keyes.

During the season premiere, it was revealed that at the Stagecoach Musical Festival prior to going on the show, Blake slept with Kristina one night, then slept with Caelynn the following night. According to Caelynn, her and Blake were more than just a one-night stand. However, just before leaving to Paradise, Blake told her to keep their relationship a secret and then ghosted her. Allegedly.

Since Paradise was filmed months ago, the contestants are now watching the episodes in real time with us, and Blake started to get a lot of heat on social media starting on Monday with the season premiere. On Tuesday, Blake decided that he had had enough and posted all of Caelynn's texts to prove she was over-exaggerating the truth.

First, Blake addressed how he is being portrayed on the show and how he regrets hurting multiple women, but stated that he wants to get the truth out. Blake then said that he had no other choice but to release the texts between him and Caelynn, because his name and character are being attacked, and it was his only way to have a voice.

Blake then took to his Instagram story, posting his text exchange with Caelynn during Stagecoach, which proved that she, despite his resistance, went to his place "strictly for sex." Cut to one week before Paradise, Caelynn was freaking out that their hookup wasn't kept a secret and was debating whether or not they should even come forward with the truth.

Following the text receipts, Blake posted a series of videos explaining why he decided to post Caelynn's texts.

"Releasing the text messages was the last thing I wanted to do. I know that it's not good, but I feel like I have no other choice but to release those, and I hope Caelynn can forgive me one day. But with my character and my name being attacked like that, I feel like I have no other choice," said Blake. "I don't know what else to do. I'm not trying to go and attack Caelynn, I'm just trying to get my truth out there. I hope none of you go and attack Caelynn. I truly hope that she has a chance to talk about what was spliced together and what they didn't show, and maybe she was saying other things but, right now, I feel like I have no choice."

Two hours later, Blake deleted all of the text screenshots and posted: "I am going to delete the text messages. I never wanted Caelynn to get attacked like this. Please stop attacking her."

Viewers were shocked as they bounced back and forth between the drama on the show and the drama on Instagram and, in the end, they were starting to side with Blake.

So now we're all just trying to figure out the real story here, but still enjoying the drama.

Bachelor in Paradise airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
