'Bachelor' Creator Mike Fleiss' Wife Files for Full Custody of the Couple's Son

"Bachelorette" creator Mike Fleiss' wife has just taken an extreme step in the couple's ongoing nasty dispute, filing for full custody of their son.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Laura Fleiss is asking a judge to grant her full physical and legal custody of the couple's 4-year-old son.

In the docs, she is also asking the court to order Mike to pay child and spousal support to her. She is also asking for all of her legal fees for the divorce to be paid by him.

Interestingly, she did not mention at this point that she wants her name changed from Fleiss back to Kaeppeler. Laura is famous in her own right, winning Miss America in 2012 under the name Laura Kaeppeler.

Her legal team included a copy of the current restraining order to this filing because a current temporary order is in place keeping him away from both Laura and their son.

A hearing is set to hear both arguments on the domestic violence restraining order later this month.

As The Blast first reported, Laura received an emergency restraining order in Los Angeles after she accused Fleiss of attacking her at the couple's Hawaii home.

Mrs. Fleiss claims Mike went nuclear after finding out she was pregnant with the couple's second child and wanted her to get an abortion. An argument followed and she says he assaulted her, even filing photographic proof of her injuries with the court.

The "Bachelor" creator has denied the assault, instead claiming that his wife attacked him, and saying in his response she "attacked me so I ran out of the bedroom, down the stairs, and outside to my car ... pounding on me with her fists, jumping on my back, and trying to get the phone back."

The assault is currently under criminal investigation by Kauai Police, and Warner Bros. who produces the "Bachelor" franchise, is "looking into the serious allegations."
