'Bachelor' Creator Mike Fleiss And Estranged Wife Are Actually Still Legally Married

'Bachelor' creator Mike Fleiss has announced he has reconciled with his wife Laura, and despite filing for divorce and settling the case, the couple never legally ended their marriage.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, in the Fleiss' divorce case a judgment was never filed. This document legally ends a marriage.

In fact, there is a hearing set for December 3, 2019 to discuss filing the documents that would officially and legally end the relationship.

Also, after the couple filed for divorce they negotiated a settlement where Laura would received $10 Million and they would split 50/50 custody of their children. Both parties signed the agreement, the money was paid, but a judgment was never filed with the court.

That is now not going to happen.

Mike and Laura announced on Twitter they have patched things up and are getting back together.

'Bachelor' Creator And Wife On Again...

"Happy to report that @FleissLaura and I have reconciled. I love my wife and am grateful for this opportunity to work on our marriage... Thanks for the support, #BachelorNation!" Feiss tweeted.

Laura Kaeppeler, who is a former Miss America, confirmed the reconciliation and tried explaining why she filed a restraining order against the 'Bachelorette' creator.

"Over the summer, my husband and I went through a challenging time, as all marriages do. There was an emotionally charged incident in which we fought over a phone and both exhibited immature and irresponsible behavior. This situation led to making rash decisions we both regret......and are working together with the help of a marriage counselor to rebuild what we lost. I love @fleissmeister and our kids very much. We appreciate your support at this time," Laura tweeted.

She continued, "However, I would like to correct the erroneous reporting that my husband intentionally tried to attack and hurt me. That is untrue. We both take full responsibility for our actions and have worked very hard to repair the damage to our relationship and family."

The problem with calling out "erroneous" reporting is that the details of the couple's blowout fight, came from Laura's own restraining order filings.

Laura's Brutal Allegations

The 'Bachelor' creator's wife filed shocking court documents describing a brutal fight between her and her husband. She claims the argument started after Fleiss became upset over Laura decision not to abort the couple's second child.

In the filing, she claimed, "While Mike has frequently been verbally abusive towards me during our marriage, in recent weeks, he has become enraged, due to the fact I am pregnant with our second child. Mike told me many times that he did not want us to have a second child. He also repeatedly told me throughout our marriage, and prior to our marriage, that he knew he would 'have to have' one child with me because I was 26-years-old when we got married, did not yet have any children, and he knew I wanted to have a family. Mike, however, being 55-years old, did not want to have more than one child together."

She continued that Mike, "continued to threaten me, demanding to see bank statements showing I paid for an abortion and the flight information to and from Oahu for the medical procedure."

Laura explains in the restraining order request that her and Fleiss began fighting over her cell phone while she was trying to make a call.

She claims during the argument, Mike left the room with her phone and as she followed they ended up at the top of the stairs where she says he "yelled that he was going to 'shove me down the stairs.'"

Laura claims during the struggle, Mike "grabbed my body, forcibly pinned me up against the wall and held me there. After I broke free, he continued to use his arms and hands to aggressively push me away from him as he walked outside the door, still not returning my phone. Then he walked towards his pick-up truck parked outside in our driveway, shouting 'I'm going to punch your face in.'"

The Shocking Video/Pictures

The struggle between the couple was recorded on the 'Ring' security cameras outside of the home.

We've obtained screen grabs from the camera, along with photographs Laura filed with the court showing her injuries from the incident.

In the video, you can clearly see this was a physical incident, as the couple continued fighting into their driveway.

Laura says as Mike attempted to leave the property, Mike put the truck in reverse and said, 'You're f--ked.' She says, "He then stopped the car suddenly, which nearly made me fall off the running board and caused the swinging door to almost close on me. At this point, Mike forcefully shoved me off of the running board, closed the car door and drove away with my cell phone in his possession."

Laura says she was "extremely traumatized from the incident and started crying hysterically. Our unborn child and I could have been severely injured if I had fallen off the truck's running board or run over the wheels of the truck. I began to scream for help."

In the end, Laura filed a police report against Fleiss with the local Hawaiian police department for domestic battery.
