'Bachelor' Creator Mike Fleiss Avoids Release of Graphic Video by Settling Divorce

"The Bachelor" creator, Mike Fleiss, settled up his bitter divorce with estranged wife Laura, and avoided the potential release of a tape that appeared back up her claims of domestic abuse.

Sources very close to the situation tell The Blast, Mike and Laura recently hashed out a settlement that scored her $10 million.

We're told the former couple will share joint custody of their 4-year-old son, Ben, as well as shared decision making in legal matters concerning the child.

Laura is 11-weeks pregnant, and we're told not only will Fleiss be paying child support for Ben ... but he will also be paying child support for their unborn child.

As we first reported, the pregnancy is what sparked a bitter fight between the two, as Laura had alleged the TV executive demanded she get an abortion and then brutally attacked her at their home in Hawaii.

The attack was caught on security camera, and we're told the video was poised to be a huge piece of evidence in the domestic violence restraining order Laura had filed.

According to Laura, Fleiss had threatened to "punch your face in" during the argument, and allegedly physically restrained his wife during the incident.

She claimed to have suffered injuries during the melee, including "bruises on the inside of my arm, a scratch on my neck."

We're told that with the settlement, Laura has agreed to drop her allegations against Fleiss.
