“Bachelor” blowout weekend weddings: Chris Harrison holds second ceremony, Tia Booth is now married

Former host Chris Harrison and former contestant Tia Booth each celebrated their weddings during the first weekend of November.

The Bachelor universe revolves around marriage but the people involved don't always make it to the finish line of that process. Over this past month, two franchise stars, former host Chris Harrison and former contestant Tia Booth, each got married in their own spectacular weddings.

Harrison married Lauren Zima, a correspondent and producer for Entertainment Tonight who used to recap episodes of The Bachelor. They officially tied the knot in Napa Valley on Oct. 14, but celebrated the occasion with a much bigger "blowout bash" in Austin, Texas on Nov. 4.

In his former capacity as host and frontman of The Bachelor franchise, Harrison has officiated several former contestants' weddings (several of whom showed up to a "Bachelor World" reunion the night before the party). Too bad he couldn't do his own.

"The running joke was whether we could find a way for Chris to officiate his own wedding, since he has so much experience, but instead we had Mike Levitt, Chris' longtime friend," Zima told PEOPLE (which also has exclusive photos of the parties).

Booth, who failed to find lasting love on either The Bachelor or Bachelor in Paradise, married fiancé Taylor Mock on Nov. 4 in Nashville, Tenn. The couple share a 1-year-old son, Tatum, who accompanied his father up the aisle in a matching tuxedo.

Though Mock has not participated in Bachelor shows like his wife, he did propose to her in April 2022 during a Bachelor Live show in Atlanta.

"[Bachelorette] Becca Kufrin and [husband] Thomas Jacobs actually helped set up the whole thing," Booth told PEOPLE. "I was completely shocked! I thought I was there to be a special guest on the live show!"
